In order to plug your site for free you must follow these rules:
1) No commercial/for profit web sites: eg web hosting, design, ads services etc. For those type of plugs please purchase a banner ad or a Premium Plug.
2)No Porn, Hate or Illegal sites If your site is deleted it means your site is not welcome on this plugboard. Your IP will be banned!
3) Wait until your button/link has left the board before you post again. More than one plug = spamming and you will be reported.
4) Buttons must be either 88 x 31px. If they're not, they will be resized and probably look awful.
5) They must also be direct-linkable. Make sure you haven't enabled hot-linking protection or that you're pictures are hosted somewhere that allows direct linking, such as Photobucket. Sites like Geocities do not allow this and will show up as unsightly broken links - which will be deleted. A pointless exercise for both of us, so make sure they work.
6) Make sure you're plugging the right sized button in the appropriate place.
7) Try to visit some of the other sites plugged. It's only fair.
8) A link back isn't a requirement but word of mouth (or keypad) is always appreciated ;)
