I have never understood why some people find it so difficult to follow a very simple set of rules, especially in the case of professional sites - why would anyone want to purchase their services when they cannot be relied upon to act in a responsible manner?
In the light of this I have collated a list of Web sites that have proved to be incapable of following the rules. They are divided into 2 catgeories: people who have either spammed the site (and no, of course I don't mean accidental double posting) or been found consistantly unable to post the right link on the right board; and commercial websites, such as web hosting companies, who have flagrantly flouted the rules by posting their links.

If you have a problem with this list, please contact me, but bear in mind that I have recorded the offending IP addresses.
